The Swine List

The Swine List is a carefully maintained database of companies that are essentially, swines. While some non-swine people also work at these companies, they are in the minority. Therefore the customer experience while dealing with these guys is essentially that of having to deal with a large, powerful Swine.

On a serious note, these are companies whose customers have had a terrible experience with. We will always point to references as to why a certain company is on this list. And because our point is not to ruin reputations for no purpose, we will be happy to remove names from this list if the offended customer(s) have been dealt with fairly (Note: this doesn’t mean fulfilling unfair requests on the part of the customer – just dealing with them fairly)

SO, if you turn off your Swinal Tap(TM), your name will be struck from this list. And that’s a good thing.

TO HEAR THAT COMMENT ABOUT SLOW INTERNET I WOULD LIKE TO CHECK IT AND I THINK I LIKE IT BEFORE USED.

@Salman, I agree that Wateen internet gets down at time, but so far I have been moderately satisfied with their service. At least it’s far far better than the dial-up connection I was using before! But they really do need to improve their customer services.

WorldCall has to be at the top of the list. Probably the worst ISP in the world, ironically have a decent customer service as in they send someone over even at the middle of the night. The only problem is that the customer service or their tech support cannot do anything at all because their network sucks, they use obsolete and cheap equipment that fails for several hours every day. I had one of their fastest cable connection packages and it was slow, I mean real slow, even dialup could be faster.

I haven’t checked out Wateen yet, is it any good or just a lot of hype? Is it fast, reliable and always on? What are the packages and prices?

You can add PTCL http://tinyurl.com/767wh3 and Pak Suzuki http://tinyurl.com/ra348k to the list.

I will also vote for Pak Suzuki for their master piece product of Mehran car, in a great price.
